1000ppm TDS CALIBRATION SOLUTION 

For use with most PPM meters including our Precise Instruments TRIMETER.

This is a larger bottle than the pH 4 and 7 Calibration solutions also sold in my store.

Can be used to calibrate almost any TDS meter as long as it isn't the auto calibration type (Then you need the exact ppm value specified!) Otherwise this will work with many brands and types of TDS/PPM meters. 

PROCEDUE:

Never contaminate your bottle. Don't place the probe inside the bottle. Pour out a small amount into a plastic bag and then put the probe in the plastic bag. Then simply dial your meter calibration screw in or out until your meter corresponds to the 1000ppm value! It's that easy. How often do you check your meters calibration? Normally you should check it every 2-3 months or after a period of storage.

NOTE: If you have the HM-DIGITAL HANDHELD PPM METER you will need the 342ppm CALIBRATON SOLUTION instead since that it has an automatic calibration.
