PolarWare Stainless Brew Pot 10 Gallons w/ 1/2" SS Valve & Sight Gauge

Polar Ware stainless steel brew pot. 10 US gallons (42 qt.) capacity.

All of Polar Ware's Brew Pots are made in the USA of 300 grade stainless steel. The handles are strong welded (not riveted) tubular stainless steel, the cover features a recessed strap handle for easy lifting and stacking and a hook on the cover for hanging on the edge of your pot. The brew pots have a 1/2" stainless steel full port ball valve for draining wort or sparge water. An exterior 1/2" FPT port is located 5" above ball valve for an optional thermometer (which can be easily sealed with a stainless steel plug if not needed.) There is a threaded 1/2" FPT port inside the pot, set into the ball valve outlet so it doesn't protrude into the pot interior.

The sight gauge is made of impact resistant polycarbonate plastic, with easy to read graduations, temperature rated to 285 degrees and is removable for easy cleaning.
