This delicate and nutty ale is a collaboration between Rogue Brewing and Masaharu Morimoto, one of the Iron Chef stars. Soba is a type of buckwheat from the rhubarb family, and brings a delightful new flavor to the brew pot.


Kit makes 5 gallons. Includes instructions and all ingredients except yeast and a grain bag. Rogue's proprietary Pacman Ale yeast packaged by Wyeast is usually available to be purchased separately or as an option with this kit although the American ale yeast strains will also work well.
